CREATIVE: audio post sound edit and final 5.1 LTRT broadcast delivery.
PROJECT SCOPE: Produce audio post production for 7 show series for FOX NATION distribution.
TEAM: Supervising Sound editor/ Rerecording mixer, Conforming editor, Sound Editor for live action reenactments
PROCESS: Show turn-overs from picture editor were delivered with clip gain mixing by editor. These clip gain mixing needed to be coalesced, as the gain reference was not broadcast standard. Further these gain decisions were made with a scratch voice narration rather than final voice narration. Final narrations were delivered after show audio was delivered and conformed, which require a relative gain adjustment while retaining as much previous clip gain mixing was desired by editor.
While gain and conforming was being managed by conforming editor, live action sound editor started with turnover live sound and temp sound edit to enhance live action with cinematic sound editing to enrich the live action reenactments.
Final mix was completed in 5.1 and dowmixed to broadcast LTRT at -24 broadcast standard. with negative transient peak control of -6.
Audio post schedule was very demanding, as time allotted for delivery was 4 weeks.
